ON THE WATER
We are grateful to have the following athletes choose to represent Basta Boatlifts.
Anna Hunter
Anna Hunter is a competitive water skier from Ocoee, Florida. She is a two-time World Record holder, with a résumé that also includes three World Trick Championships titles, three Masters titles, and multiple U21 and U17 world championship titles in trick skiing.
Her favorite trick is the SL5F, and she counts breaking the World Record as the most difficult thing she’s ever done, a years-long process of training and balancing school and other commitments. For Anna, The Masters holds special meaning: it’s a family tradition, with her dad, brother, and sister all having competed there too.
Off the water, she’s married, has a dog, and enjoys working out, interior design, and cheering on Alabama football. She says the most rewarding part of her job is inspiring others and bringing people together through the sport.
Mo Hamoui
Mo Hamoui is a dedicated and resilient wakesurfer, embodying year-round commitment and passion from the challenging waters of the Pacific Northwest. Based in Lake Stevens, Washington, Mo braves cold, rain, and snow in a 5/4 wetsuit during the off-season, turning every possible day into a session on the water. With five years of riding under his belt, Mo focuses on building consistency, expanding his trick arsenal and stepping up in competitions while creating content and traveling.
